Uni pool closure - LATEST CHANGE

To ESC swimmers & parents of the training squads, the University of Brighton swimming pool will remain closed this September. We have had to change the schedule of the development group, please, check the new version of this document:

English Schools Swimming Association (Division 12 Championships) PDF Print E-mail
Alice Greenland, Chloe Pollard, Adrian Wright & Elizabeth Wright have been selected to represent Sussex at the Division 12 gala at Southampton in September. Selections were made following the Sussex gala held at Brighton's Prince Regent pool in March.
 
Sprint Awards - July 10 PDF Print E-mail

Congratulations to James Grimmond who recently collected Bronze & Silver sprint awards for freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke & butterfly, plus Gold sprint awards in freestyle and butterfly!

Congratulations to Alicia, Joshua & Kieron Neen-Kellett who have added many awards to their collections!

Congratulations to Lucy Lamb who achieved a Bronze Backstroke sprint award time in the Elvers Gala, and congratulations to Ghazali Owasil for getting Bronze sprint award times in backstroke and breaststroke & silver in freestyle!

Have you checked your sprint times lately? You may qualify for an award.

See your coach/teacher or ask Hazel for more details. Certificate and badge £2.00 flashes still only 60p.

Personal Bests PDF Print E-mail
A new high for personal bests was achieved in June totalling 384, 84 more than the previous best. Leading the way with 11 was Keiron (MS) followed on 9 by Frances (MS) and Alicia (CS). At 8, were Luke W and Jack C (I4) and Abigail H, Harriet F and Charlie B (I3).
